Delivery Times
Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping takes 1 to 3 business days.
Costs
Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more, and $5.99 otherwise. Expedited shipping is $14.99.
Digital Items
Gift cards, memberships, and software are delivered by email, usually within one hour.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Returns
Unopened physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened food and beverages, gift cards, and used personal care items cannot be returned.
Damaged Orders
